SMA has released its best-selling inverter to the North American solar market.
The Sunny Tripower TL-US is a three-phase, transformerless inverter optimized for decentralized commercial photovoltaic plants.
It is available in 12-, 15-, 20- and 24-kW models. UL listed for up to 1,000 V DC maximum system voltage, the inverters use the OptiTrak Global Peak MPP tracking algorithm, with two independent MPP trackers to minimize the effects of shade and achieve up to 98 percent efficiency.
