Shell: Free Market Will Give Solar 40 Percent of World Electricity by 2060

Forecasters at Royal Dutch Shell in March reported that under a freemarket scenario, solar technologies (equipped with energy storage) will grow to be the world’s largest source of electricity by 2060, providing
40 percent of the world’s generation.
