Volunteer at SOLAR 2023

We’re seeking volunteers for our 52nd Annual National Solar Conference on August 8-11, 2023, at the University of Boulder, Colorado.  Tasks include mic running, poster set up, badge checking, and audio/visual support.

We can offer free conference passes to ASES  student members as long as they can attend the in-person Volunteer Training on Tuesday, August 8, from 4:30-5:30 and commit to volunteering for 8 hrs throughout the conference. To sign up, please see the following steps below!

Step 1: Become an ASES member. If you’re already an ASES member, please head to the ASES Volunteer Program Webpage.

Step 2: Please complete your Volunteer Profile.  This will help us know what kind of volunteer opportunities you are interested in.

Step 3: Review the Volunteer Opportunities List and consider volunteering for the opportunities now forming.
