Other ASES Happenings

See ASES at Intersolar

ASES is again participating in Intersolar North America, July 13-16, 2015, in San Francisco, California (intersolar.us). ASES will present four sessions on solar heating and cooling and solar buildings, and will exhibit at the Intersolar Expo with the International Solar Energy Society and the local ASES California chapter, NorCal Solar. ASES members are eligible for discounted registration.

Ride for the Climate and ASES

ASES is proud to continue a partnership with Climate Ride (climateride.org), an organization that helps raise money through sport, for projects focusing on issues such as climate change and clean energy.

Please consider participating in one of the hiking or cycling events and the Independent Challenge program, and join the solar riders who have already pledged their fundraising to support ASES programs. Read more about Climate Ride in the May/June issue of SOLAR TODAY.

Connecting Emerging Professionals

ASES is also partnering with Dayaway and the Green Program to host renewable energy professional development events all over the country. To kick off, ASES and the Green Program sponsored an Emerging Sustainability Leaders Soiree on April 9, 2015, at the Impact Hub in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
