Rebecca Vories Award

Nominations are closed for 2020 ASES awards.

In 1993, the American Solar Energy Society established this award to recognize special contributions to the Society. The name of the award was changed in 1996 to honor the memory of Rebecca Vories, one of the Society’s most tireless and valuable volunteers.

The award honors those whose volunteer efforts on behalf of the society have significantly advanced ASES’s ability to meet its mission. The recipient must be an ASES member.

Multiple nominations for a candidate are welcome. However, we would also encourage letters of support for a nomination without having to submit the entire formal nomination form.  These letters are not required, but they provide a more simple way to support a submitted nomination. These letters of support  can be submitted to
